Hoppe Development is actively pursuing acquisitions of existing housing projects that have an affordability or use restriction associated, and where the seller or use restriction requires ongoing compliance and affordability maintenance.

In addition, we pursue naturally affordable projects that could benefit from significant rehabilitation.

Finally, we are always interested in extending our adaptive re-use experience. Whether a nursing home, former school, or other existing building, we are happy to review whether we see an opportunity to convert to a housing solution.
