OUR TEAM
Values like honesty, integrity, and service have been passed down over the generations in our family and business. They continue to shape us as individuals and guide the work we do at Hoppe Development today.
The Hoppes came to Lincoln, Nebraska, from Prussia at the end of the 19th century. The first generation started a grocery store and the second generation built Hoppe Lumber Yard. John L. Hoppe Jr. and Fred Hoppe expanded the business to include commercial and residential real estate. In 2019, Fred Hoppe's son, Jake Hoppe, joined the company to help grow and diversify the housing development business.
