Chambers Court is forthcoming multiphase redevelopment effort to preserve and enhance the original Chambers Court, a historic 70 unit project, with an additional 130 units of mixed income housing and modern amenity package.

The project was a collaboration with the project seller, the Omaha Housing Authority, focused on preserving the project’s affordability for the current residence.

The overall development includes an anchoring affordable housing project with a second market rate development adjacent to the original buildings.
