Creekside Village is an affordable mixed-product development in the North Bottoms neighborhood serving families approximately 40% of area median income and below.

The project was originally conceived to provide additional supportive services in collaboration with Centerpointe Lincoln, and has evolved as the resident needs have evolved.

Today it provides highly affordable housing for families in a safe and well-maintained community close to downtown Lincoln.
