Foxtail Meadows was designed as a mixed-income neighborhood that would respond at scale to the City of Lincoln’s affordable housing needs with both a diversity of housing designs serving a variety of income levels.

The neighborhood surrounds the existing Hope Community Church as a community anchor, and will accommodate over 650 housing units including market rate and affordable multifamily units, townhomes, and home ownership opportunities, as well as neighborhood-scale commercial development to support the growing area.

Integrated throughout the development are parks and playgrounds, and the community will feature a leasing office, community space, fitness center and pool, as well as walking paths and outdoor gathering amenities.
