Old Walnut was the conversion of the former Walnut High School into nearly 90 affordable apartment units with commercial supportive service space for non-profit use. The project was originally financed with both historic and low income tax credits, resulting in the preservation of many distinct property features, including the original theater space which was repurposed as a shared community amenity.
