The Tallgrass neighborhood is designed as a mix of housing types targeting a range of affordability levels in one of the fastest growing communities in the state.

The project features over 600 units of housing ranging from multifamily housing, rental and ownership townhomes, a micro-mixed-use plaza with 20,000 square feet of small-scale commercial space, and a walking trail that connects the community to a future elementary school site.

The neighborhood will be supported by an amenity package that includes a clubhouse, playground and fitness center, swimming pool, barbeque areas, a pond with walking path and dog park.

• 48 Affordable For-Sale Townhomes in collaboration with Omaha Habitat for Humanity and the Housing Foundation for Sarpy County

• Future phases include up to 350 Class A Apartments and 20,000 square feet of commercial space

Financing
The Tallgrass neighborhood is supported by Front Porch Initiative, the low income housing tax credit program, the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Relief program, and the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
