The Vintage neighborhood was designed to accommodate an active senior lifestyle for a diversity of senior families that wished to stay in their community and be a part of a new neighborhood.

The neighborhood’s first phase was features approximately 55 units including a mixed income rental project and affordable for-sale housing.

The neighborhood is supported by a pond and walking path, community center, and outdoor recreation equipment. Subsequent phases will include a mix of multifamily and single family housing.
