Jake Hoppe contributes to Lincoln’s Affordable Housing Report
Hoppe Development is proud to be a key partner in Lincoln's ambitious affordable housing initiative. At a recent press conference, Hoppe Development’s Managing Partner, Jake Hoppe, joined Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird to discuss the city's progress toward creating 5,000 new or rehabilitated affordable housing units by 2030.
"City support has closed funding gaps and helped build nearly 400 affordable units over the past four years, and that same support will help build over 900 more in upcoming projects," Hoppe shared during the event. "Together, we are expanding affordability and economic activity."
The collaboration between Hoppe Development and the City of Lincoln exemplifies how public-private partnerships can effectively address housing challenges. Our completed and planned developments represent a significant portion of the 2,147 units already achieved—43% of the city's 2030 goal.
Hoppe Development remains committed to creating quality affordable housing solutions that strengthen communities and support Lincoln's workforce development and economic growth objectives.
