Net-Zero Affordable Housing Project coming to Lincoln

Hoppe Development is excited to unveil our innovative 23rd Street Net Zero Live-Work Redevelopment Project in Lincoln's Antelope Valley. This transformative three-story mixed-use building will replace an aging commercial structure at 335 N. 23rd Street, pending City Council approval on August 21.

Our sustainable design features five to six ground-floor micro-restaurants with outdoor dining areas, creating opportunities for emerging food businesses. Nine upper-level residential units—ranging from studios to three-bedroom lofts—will achieve net zero energy consumption through rooftop solar arrays that generate energy equal to usage.

This project aligns with Lincoln's Climate Action Plan and PlanForward goals, utilizing existing infrastructure while supporting walkability and alternative transportation. We're proud to contribute to Lincoln's sustainable future while expanding housing and business opportunities in the heart of the city.
